"Millions of light-years away, beyond millions of darknesses, lies an uninhabited world that is also known as the Underworld. They say that beyond those lie endless fields. Utopia, a place without wars, pain nor sadness. A holy sanctuary that has been protected for ages, where only the dead chosen by the Gods can enter. That place is called Elysion."

Viene ripresa la fine dell'episodio precedente:
Davanti Thanatos le 12 Gold Cloths.
"Is that?!" esclama Seiya stupito.
"The Gold Cloths have..." esclama Hyoga.
"...traveled through the dimensional path..." continua Shiryu.
"...to lend us their powers!" completa Seiya.
I 5 bronzi indossano le armature, ma non fanno vedere l'intera vestizione.
"Iteza! The Sagittarius Cloth!" esclama Seiya.
"Mizugameza! The Aquarius Cloth!" esclama Hyoga.
"Tenbinza! The Libra Cloth!" esclama Shiryu.
"Otomeza! The Virgo Cloth!" esclama Shun.
"Shishiza! The Leo Cloth!" esclama Ikki.
"Us five shall wear the Gold Cloths and fight together with the Gold Saints' souls!" esclamano tutti insieme.

[The legendary God Cloth]

I 5 Bronze Saints, con indosso le armature d'oro dei loro segni zodiacali, hanno circondato Thanatos.
"T-The Gold Cloths..." esclama stupito Ikki.
"Did the Gold Cloths come here to help us?" chiede Seiya.
"Even after death they fight for Athena." risponde Shun.
"Roshi." dice Shiryu.
"My master, Camus." dice Hyoga.
"Aioros, Aiolia and Shaka!" dice Seiya.
"Who except a God could have sent the Gold Cloths from the underworld to Elysion?! A God? I-Impossible. Hades-sama? Besides Athena, such a great Cosmo could only be from... Poseidon, the ruler of the seas. Could the Gold Cloth have come to Elysion with the help of the ruler of the seas, Poseidon? Impossible! I thought that Athena had returned Poseidon to his long sleep. But then how...? How could this be?" si chiede Thanatos seccato, riferendosi alla precedente guerra che hanno affrontato i cavalieri.

Ecco allora rivelato il mistero. In Grecia, Julian solo sta osservando l'eclissi, quando viene raggiunto da Sorento, l'unico generale rimastogli. Julian è tornato ad essere un uomo normale e anche Sorento conduce ora una vita normale.
"Julian-sama! Julian Solo-sama!" chiama Sorento, portando delle valigie.
Julian ha lo sguardo stranamente vuoto.
"How could this have happened? Julian-sama has been acting weird from a moment ago. It's just like he is a different person. It looks like the same person who I knew when I was at the underwater temple. I can feel a great distance between us. Could the God of sea's soul have entered Julians body once again?!" riflette Sorento.
"Listen, Sorrento." ordina Julian; sopra di lui è comparso lo spirito di Poseidon.
"No doubt. Julian-sama has become Poseidon-sama once again. But why?" riflette Sprento, inginocchiandosi al cospetto del dio.
"Listen, Sorrento. I have lent a hand to Athena's saints."
"To Athena's saints you say?"
"Do you really think that this Eclipse is something caused by normal space movements? Not only you. Numerous people on Earth think that this is just a mere eclipse. They think that when the sun shall be covered by the moon, the sun shall appear again. But no. This is a different kind of eclipse. This eclipse shall happen everywhere in the world at the same time. Don't you think this is strange? But I know better. When this eclipse will be completed, the moon shall stay and the sun will never shine on Earth again."
"What do you mean? This can't mean that...?!"
"This is all done by Hades."
"Hades? The God of the underworld, Hades?"
"That's right. Hades wants to turn Earth into a world of darkness and stand in my way."
"But that's impossible." risponde Sorento preoccupato.
"Athena and her saints are fighting in the underworld to stop this from happening as we speak. Unfortunately Athena has sealed me. So all I was able to do, was to send some of the Gold Cloths to them."
Improvvisamente, lo spirito di Poseidon lascia il corpo di Julian.
"Ju-Julian-sama! Poseidon-sama!" chiama Sorento.
"Is there something wrong, Sorrento?" chiede Julian, come se nulla fosse successo e con il solito guardo.
"Poseidon-sama?"
"Come, let's continue our trip. Many children around the world are waiting for the sound of your flute, Sorrento." ordina Julian, allontanandosi dalla scogliera.
"I see. Poseidon revived himself for a while to stop Hades' plans. I hope and pray you will succeed in stopping this place from becoming a world of darkness, Athena's saints!" pensa Sorento, mentre segue Julian.

"I see. Poseidon doesn't want Hades to take over the world he wants to conquer for himself. And for that he sent the Gold Cloths to help out Athena." commenta Thanatos.
"What?!" chiede Ikki.
"Did Poseidon...?!" esclama Shiryu.
"Poseidon sent us these Gold Cloths?!" esclama Seiya stupito.
"He helps out the Goddess Athena, who he was defeated by. Poseidon is such a pitiful God. Or maybe he started to like life on Earth? And he really believes he helped you get on the path to victory. Even the God of the Sea, Poseidon, who is ranked under the Upper God Zeus and Underworld God Hades, so naive." commenta Thanatos con sarcasmo.
"What did he say?" chiede Hyoga come un ebete.
"Until now those Gold Cloths have showed you victory. But this time it won't be like that." dichiara Thanatos divertito.
"He may have been an enemy we once fought... But we won't let the reinforcement Poseidon gave us, be in vein!" esorta Seiya.
"To answer Roshi's wish!" risponde Shiryu.
"To repay my debt to master Camus!" prosegue Hyoga.
"Let's go, brother!" esorta Shun.
"Yeah!" risponde Ikki.
"Let's go everyone!" ordina Seiya, espandendo il cosmo.
"Yeah!" rispondono in cosa gli altri.
"Endure the pain of all my meteorites! Pegasus Ryuu Sei Ken!!"
"Climb the mountains of Rozan and behold the great Dragon! Rozan Shou Ryuu Ha!!"
"Try to follow Cygnus' travel around the world! Diamond Dust!!"
"I'll tear down the stars until they explode! Nebula Storm!!"
"Endure the flapping of the bird that revives from death! Hou Yoku Ten Shou!!"
"What? What is this power?" chiede Thanatos in difficoltà.

Thanatos, accerchiato dai cinque attacchi, sembra essere colpito duramente e scompare in un'esplosione.
"We did it!" esclama Seiya.
"We've defeated Thanathos!" esclama Shiryu.
"This is thanks to the power the Gold Cloths lent us." osserva Hyoga.
"Everyone, we must hurry and go to Saori-san." ordina Shun.
"Yes!" risponde Ikki.
"What victory are you talking about?" chiede Thanatos, ricomparendo dal nulla.
"W-What?!" esclama Ikki shockato.
"I-Is that?!" esclama Shun traumatizzato.
"I do not know how strong you thought those Gold Cloths were, but something like that cannot defeat me."
"That cannot be!" esclama Seiya.
"Impossible!" Ikki.
"The strongest, the Gold Cloths?!" Shun.
"I thought l told you this already? I may be one of Hades' disciples, but I am a God. Sending those Gold Cloths to defeat me is a useless reinforcement. Behold the power of the Gods!" Thanatos emette un'esplosione di Cosmo.
"What? Impossible!" esclamano i Bronze Saints, provando ad opporre resistenza.
"Useless!!" eclama Thanatos aumentando la potenza.
"The Gold Cloths! They've been destroyed!" esclamano i Bronzi.
I Bronze Saints cadono a terra moribondi, con le Gold Cloth tutte in frantumi, praticamente polverizzate.

"I-Impossible..." pensa Ikki.
"The most powerful out of all 88 Cloths in just one second..." Shun.
"The Gold Cloths that haven't been destroyed a single time since the era of the gods..." Hyoga.
"I cannot believe that the perfect Gold Cloths could have been destroyed so easily." Seiya.
Durante quest'ultimo attacco, Seiya ha perso la statuetta di Athena, che cade sul prato vicino ai piedi di Thanatos.
"It's over. We have lost everything, all hope. Nothing is possible anymore!" si lamenta Seiya, affondando la testa nel prato.
"Do you finally understand, insects? No matter how many insects try... No matter how many times you attack me. It will never work against me, Thanathos! Now the last saints have been defeated. And Athena will perish inside that urn any minute now. The sun shall be hidden. The Earth will live in eternal darkness. And it also seems that Hades-sama shall be victorious... in the battle that is continuing since the time of the Gods."
Thanatos raccoglie la statuetta di Athena, mentre i Bronze Saints sono moribondi a terra.
"So this is Athena's Cloth? I'll just destroy this right away."
"I cannot let you do that. I cannot... It feels like all my strength is leaving my body. It's no use anymore!" sussurra Seiya invano.

Intanto, Hypnos sta aspettando al tempio:
"Thanathos. It seems like you haven't disposed of Pegasus and the other saints. Did you forget what I, Hypnos, warned you about? Or worse? Are the saints more resistant than they should? What is this Cosmo? Is it Athena? Not only did I put her into an eternal sleep, most of her blood must have been sucked out by now. Knowing that it's unbelievable I can still feel such a great Cosmo coming from her..."
"Seiya. Seiya! Seiya! Seiya!" chiama il cosmo di Athena.
"T-That voice. S-Saori-san? Athena!" risponde Seiya, ancora a terra semisvenuto.
"What is the matter, Seiya? Giving up in a situation like this is nothing like you! I believe that you have never given up fighting once...!" lo esorta Athena.
"A-Athena! But this time is really... We have used up all of our strength. With even the Gold Cloths destroyed, we have lost everything!" si lamenta Seiya.
"What are you saying, Seiya? Don't you still have your life?"
"Life?"
"That's right. For every human being... No... For every living creature... It is the greatest possession received by the Gods. As long as you have your life... Even if you have lost everything else... Even if you are wounded beyond imagination... Humans can still expand their strength to eternity. You can even create a miracle like exceeding Gods. Doing so you fire up your soul... Explode your Cosmo... Haven't you created miracles like that until now? You cannot give up! As long as you are alive... You can create miracles as long as you are alive."

"I believe so too, Seiya! What would happen to your sister if you give up now?!" lo esorta anche lo spirito di Marin.
"Ma-Marin-san?"
"The sister you have been searching for all this time is right here, Seiya!" lo esorta lo spirito di Shaina.
"Don't you want to meet your sister, Seiya?!" lo esorta Kiki.
"That's right, Seiya!" Nachi.
"We told you that we'd protect your sister with our lives until you come back!" Jabu.
"Everything will be lost if you give up, Seiya!" Ichi.
"Don't give up, Seiya!" Geki.
"Go on, Seiya!" Ban.
"Seiya! Seiya!" esclamano tutti in coro.
"Seiya." pronuncia Seika, pappagallando gli altri.
"Sister... Seika-neesan. I am alive. I am right here. Sister! Sister! Sister!" risponde Seiya piangendo.
Le strilla di Seiya attraversano le dimensioni sino giungere all'orecchio di Seika.
"Was that....? Se-Seiya? Seiya. I can hear Seiya's voice. Seiya is here. Where are you, Seiya? Seiya?! SEIYAA!!" strilla Seika di rimando, ricordandosi finalmente del fratello.
"Lady Seika has called Seiya's name!" commenta Kiki.
"Did she?" Jabu.
"Did she regain her memory?" si chiede Shaina.
"SEIYA!!" strilla Seika piangendo.
"I can hear it! My sister's voice... Athena's voice... They are encouraging me. Everybody's voice... That's right! I do not have the right to give up! As long as I am alive!" esclama Seiya rialzandosi ed espandendo il cosmo.
"That's right, Seiya. You must fire up your soul. You must increase your Cosmo to the supreme. Greater than you have in any fight until now... without limit... No Limit!" ripete lo spirito di Athena.

"Impossible! I cannot believe this guy stands up again. Didn't he lose everything? Wasn't he close to death?! What's that?! Impossible! What could this be?! Those cannot possibly be the ashes of the destroyed Bronze Cloth, that are shining and floating around his body?!" commenta Thanatos esterrefatto, mentre il corpo di Seiya è circondato da un alone luminoso.
"What is this bad feeling I have been having for a while? It worries me too that Thanathos is using that much time to dispose of mere Bronze saints. They are wearing Bronze Cloths that have been revived by Athena's blood. of arriving in Elysion. But I cannot believe that they have created this miracle just because they have received the Goddess Athena's blood. I-I remember! This has happened once before in the time of the Gods! The Cloths that have revived thanks to the God's blood... can become Kamui that can surpass everything!" riflette Hypnos in lontananza.
Note: The word 'Kamui' consists of the character for 'God' and 'To be'.
A Seiya compare indosso l'armatura divina.
"Impossible! I cannot believe that that Bronze Cloth that has been shred into ashes could have revived in a shape like that!" esclama Thanatos sconvolto.
"S-Seiya?" esclama Shun.
"What is this?" chiede Hyoga.
"What could this?!" chiede Shiryu.
"But what is this feeling?! I have never seen or heard about such a Cloth! What is that shiny light glowing all over that Cloth? Or maybe..." si chiede Thanatos.

"It's a Kamui." risponde Hypnos, appena arrivato.
"What did you just say, Hypnos?! What did you say about Pegasus' suddenly revived Cloth?" chiede ancora Thanatos, con problemi di udito.
"I said it was a Kamui."
"A Kamui?" ripetono i Bronze Saints.
"A Kamui huh?" ripete Seiya.
"That's impossible. Only Zeus and the 12 Gods of Olympus are allowed to wear Kamui! Then how... How could one be on that pitiful human's body?!" sbraita Thanatos.
"Calm down, Thanathos. How do you think that these children have been able to pass the dimensional path and enter Elysion?"
"That's because Athena's blood has..."
"Indeed. Do you remember it now? Cloths that have been revived by a God's blood can almost become as powerful as Kamui. They become God Cloths. We have seen this only once before in the time of the Gods." spiega Hypnos.
"A God Cloth?" chiede Ikki, cadendo dal pero.
"It ridicules every Bronze, Silver and even Gold Cloths. A Cloth so close to a Kamui." commenta Shiryu sconvolto.
"Seiya was able to give birth to such a Cloth thanks to Athena's blood by raising his Cosmo to the limit." commenta Hyoga.
"And he is wearing the legendary God Cloth!" continua Shun.
"God Cloth? I can't believe this Cloth revived by Athena's blood beholds another great secret besides giving us the ability to pass the dimensional path." osserva Seiya rimirandosi l'armatura luccicante.
"Oh, Hypnos. Did you come over here because you were worried?" chiede Thanatos con tranquillità.
"That's right. Pegasus isn't just a saint anymore. It will not be easy to dispose of him any longer."
"I cannot acknowledge that." ribatte Thanatos sicuro di sè.
"What?"
"Even if a God Cloth is almost as powerful as a Kamui... What do us Gods have to fear against such a Cloth. And what could he possible be capable of?!" le ultime parole famose.

Thanatos prova a colpire Seiya con un pugno, ma questi schiva saltando in alto.
"Stop it, Thanathos!" suggerisce Hypnos.
"I'm so light! I feel like my strength has renewed itself along with my Cloth! Thanathos! I'll take back Athena's Cloth!" annuncia Seiya scendendo in picchiata.
"Come and get if you can!" risponde Thanatos.
Seiya colpisce Thanatos con un calcio, sbattendolo a terra, e prende al volo la statuetta di Athena che era scivolata via.
"This cannot be! He who was so close to death just a while ago... He seems like a entirely different person." esclama Thanatos ancora a terra.
"I am going to deliver this to Athena! Now get out of the way, Thanathos!"
"FOOL! Don't get too excited! There is only one place you're going and that is the dimension of hell! Take this! Terrible Providence!"
"Seiya!" esclamano i Bronze Saints.
Thanatos scaglia il suo attacco migliore, ma Seiya creaa una barriera difensiva col suo cosmo.
"What? Not only does he block
my Terrible Providence... He is tempting to reflect it!" esclama Thanatos aumentando la potenza.
"Thanathos! It ends here. It seems like you were just a half God that liked to play with death!" esclama Seiya spiccando un balzo.
"What did you say?"
"Dodge it, Thanathos!" avverte Hypnos.
"Pegasus Ryuu Sei Ken!"
Thanatos viene colpito ripetutamente.
"What?!"
"Is this the God Cloth's power?" si chiede Hypnos.
Thanatos cade a terra con l'armatura in frantumi.

"I did it! I have finally defeated Thanathos!" esclama Seiya soddisfatto.
Thanatos si rialza di scatto e tenta un ultimo attacco disperato.
"Seiya!" avvertono i Bronze Saints.
Seiya schiva di nuovo e spicca un balzo:
"Pegasus Sui Sei Ken!"
Thanatos viene colpito in pieno.
"Impossible! I who am a God... I have been defeated by a mere human... A God... By a human..."
La stella a cinque punte scompare dalla sua fronte e Thanatos muore.
"Thanathos." dice Hypnos con un bagliore agli occhi.
"Seiya?" chiama Ikki.
Senza neanche voltarsi, Seiya inizia a correre verso il tempio di Hades:
"I must deliver this Cloth to Athena! Wait for me. SAORI-SAN!!"
